♡ ORDER POLICY ♡★ Strictly no cancellations once the splits are halfway secured and the merch that can be purchased individually★ Cancellations are allowed if

- you change your mind for some reasons when the splits are not halfway secured yet★ I will give you a refund if
- the merch is canceled for some reasons

♡ TRANSFER ♡
★ You can transfer your claims and bundles to others. Giving me their Twitter (x) ID and I will handle the rest.[except for processing the payment from them and refunding you — please make sure to collect the payment directly from them before I proceed]─── ※ ·❆· ※ ───
♡ EXTENSIONS & ON HOLD & ♡
★ Extension and on hold are available if you are currently short on funds
★ Available for on hand merch and paying the payment for international shipping, domestic shipping, or other current orders-related costs.[On hold is also available for splits if you can pay the payment before the deadline]─── ※ ·❆· ※ ───
♡ Downpayment ♡
★ Downpayment is available for both GOs (less than $30) and on hand items (greater than $30)
★I will collect 30% of costs in the first month and then collect a specific amount each month

★ It's hard for me to calculate the domestic shipping costs before I know where to ship and how heavy the goods are. My estimation might not be quite accurate so thinking carefully whether you could financially afford before joining the splits.

↘ HOW IT WORKS ↙1) Let me know which characters you want to claim.2) I'll list the characters you claimed, along with the number of bundles for popular characters.3) Pay the payment and wait4) You'll receive a notification from me with the schedule for choosing bundles.5) Rank your bundle references from highest to lowest. I usually require claimers to choose at least 5 characters, regardless of how many bundles they have. I will choose the bundles for you based on the list.6) I will tell you which characters you get for bundles as soon as possible. In some cases, I will spin the wheel to determine who gets the character if multiple people claim the same character with the same level of preference.————————————————————————————————

★ You can transfer the bundles you get, but claiming popular characters with bundles is not allowed.
★ No refunds if you don’t get the characters you thought for bundles.
★ No full refund if I do not pull out the main characters you hoped for.
★ I will refund you both the popular character and its bundle if I do not pull out the popular character.
★ You will need to choose the bundle again if I do not pull out the bundle you got
